By accessing our online platform, registering a customer account, or engaging in franchise onboarding pathways, you agree to be bound by these corporate guidelines.

By purchasing our coastal foods online, you acknowledge and accept the following governing policies:

• Eligibility: You assert that all registration details submitted (including real names, precise shipping addresses, and phone numbers) are authentic and entirely updated.
• Product Quality and Representation: We strive to display product details with absolute visual precision. However, because our items (Dry Fish, Fish Pickles, Millet Mixes, and Herbal Bath Powders) are organically sun-dried and traditionally processed, minor natural variations in texture, weight, or coloring may happen across seasonal batches.
• Order Refusals: We reserve the right to limit or cancel multi-item volume orders that display signs of fraudulent transactional patterns, malicious routing, or logistical inconsistencies.

Our payment conditions protect clean digital workflows and consumer clarity:

• Price Structure: Prices listed for physical store distribution and web consumer delivery channels are displayed transparently in INR (₹) and are subject to active modification based on raw market conditions or seasonal supply.
• Gateway Compliance: All digital card payments and UPI sequences are seamlessly tokenized over encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment terminals. NTVF does not hold, access, or archive secure personal banking passwords.

For entrepreneurs, partners, and retail applicants analyzing our Model 1 – Retail Outlet parameters:

• Preliminary Evaluation: Submitting application metrics regarding your local retail market space, entrepreneurial background, or standard setup capital (approx. ₹4.0 – 5.0 Lakhs) constitutes an expression of business interest, not a finalized legal franchise agreement.
• Exclusive Territory Rights: Secured geographic territory bounds are only confirmed and legally activated once the formal, standalone Franchise Agreement is signed and executed by our core operations management desk.
• Brand Assets: Franchisees must use authorized NTVF operational guides, Store Setup Guidance, training protocols, and marketing materials exactly as provided to protect our collective brand quality.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The total visual design system, logos, original branding typography, image assets, descriptions, and corporate philosophies (“From Tranquebar to Your Table”, “Traditional Coastal Foods”) visible on our packaging layouts, flyers, and digital systems remain the sole corporate property of New Tranquebar Value Foods. Any unauthorized commercial duplication or digital scraping is prohibited.

NTVF shall not be held liable for any unexpected, indirect, or secondary logistical damages resulting from incorrect product storage conditions on your premises, shipping delays stemming from extreme weather blocks, or technical gateway outages beyond our immediate operational framework.

7. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms and Service are structured and governed in accordance with the regulatory business laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims associated with our e-commerce distributions or franchise validation processes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
